We wrestle with contentment financially, in our careers and in our roles as mothers; yet, Paul encourages us that "godliness with contentment is great gain" (1 Tim. 6:6). Marketing in the culture aims to cultivate our discontentment, but the Lord arms us with His word. Let's expose our natural tendencies toward discontentment, so that we can take our thoughts captive to obey Christ! (2 Cor. 10:5)
